DELIVERY TIMES
Most orders are dispatched within 7 days. We will notify you by e-mail (if you have provided us with one) for items that will take more than 14 days to dispatch.

Livefood orders are normally sent same or next day (subject to availablity)

Overseas orders please allow up to 21 days unless we contact you to state otherwise.

ORDERS
All completed orders will be deemed to be a contract to order, cancellations will be made only up until goods have been despatched and charged 10% handling fee of the full amount payable plus the credit, debit card or paypal fees as applied at the time of the order.
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by post or e-mail. Out of stock items may be refunded in full including postage if applied at your request.

RETURNS
We operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 14 days from date of purchase. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You may also request an exchange item, i.e. different size or colour. In cases where an order is returned for a refund or exchange, we reserve the right to retain the cost of the outward carriage and or charge any price difference + further postage costs if applicable.


Please note the refund does not include postage and packing charges when applicable, the postage charge may have been included in the original price paid for the item/s.


If you wish to return an item for replacement with an alternative size or colour etc. please contact us first by phone or e-mail and note that additional product and/or postgage costs may be applied.

If the return is due to an error we have made we will gladly refund the postage and packing charges if applicable. To return an item, Please pack the item securely and return it to us in it's original packaging and condition

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.

For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service and/or obtain proof of posting.

Taxable items have 17.5% VAT (sales tax) added.

CREDIT CARDS / PAYPAL
Any credit card details you entered are transmitted over a secure(SSL) link and stored using 128-bit encryption. Payments are not taken until time of dispatch.
PayPal payments are taken at time of order and subject to PayPal's terms and conditions.
