All completed orders will be deemed to be a contract to order, cancellations will be made only up until goods have been despatched and charged 10% handling fee of the full amount payable plus the credit, debit card or paypal fees as applied at the time of the order.  

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by post or e-mail.

We operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 14 days from date of purchase. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Please note the refund does not include postage and packing charges.

If the return is due to an error we have made we will gladly refund the postage and packing charges. To return an item, Please pack the item securely and return it to us in it's original packaging.
